Once we understand your vision, our creative team gets to work. We explore concepts, themes and product directions that align with your game world and your marketing campaign. This is where the magic begins, where a collector’s edition becomes a story, and an influencer kit becomes an experience.
From concept to creation, we develop every product with purpose. Our design team crafts detailed visuals and prototypes for each item, ensuring that every piece reflects the highest creative and technical standards. As an OEM/ODM partner, we can develop entirely custom products from scratch or adapt existing formats to match your brand.
We work closely with your team throughout the approval process, presenting designs, samples and revisions until everything is exactly right. We are used to working with major publishers and studios, which means we understand brand guidelines, legal requirements and the importance of getting every detail approved before production begins.
Once approved, production begins at our carefully vetted manufacturing partners. We do not simply place an order and wait. Our team actively manages every stage of production with rigorous quality control checkpoints throughout the process.
PPI (Pre-Production Inspection): We verify materials, components and setup before production starts.
DPI (During Production Inspection): We monitor quality and consistency while production is underway.
PSI (Pre-Shipment Inspection): We conduct a final inspection of finished goods before anything leaves the factory.
